Oh sweet baby Elliott. He's just perfect. It was my first time meeting his momma but his daddy I've known for YEARS. In fact, I watched him grow up on the football field. He and my little brother have been close buddies since junior high and I couldn't be more thrilled to see him as a dad. I am so happy for them. And momma couldn't be any more gorgeous! Such a sweet sweet family. Loved every minute of this session! Get ready for cuteness OVERLOAD...

GRAYSON
Welcome to the world baby Grayson! This little guy is so special to me because his parents are super special to me! Amber was one of my lovely high school bible study girls- a way long time ago. I got to be there when they said I do, and they even trusted me to photograph it! Then when I got the call to come take newborn pics I was OVER THE MOON! Little Grayson is as sweet as he is adorable! I couldn't be more excited for this new little family.

ADDISON
I had the opportunity to meet this wonderful family and attend little Addison's first birthday party. What an honor- this little lady is definitely loved! And her curly hair! I can't get over this beauty. Before hand we snapped a few family pictures. Happy Birthday Addison!

ADDISON
This beautiful family, and I mean seriously beautiful, and I got to spend some time together in the golden fall sun. A setting sun, tall grass, and some gorgeous gals- my favorite kind of session! These sweet folks have given me the pleasure of taking their family photos twice now! The last time was before their latest addition who just turned one- and totally reminds me of my little Josie Mae. These girls are too cute for words. Thanks Addison family!

**Bryant** {family}
recently i was told that i needed to start taking it easy on my body so i decided that this would need to be my last session till after baby... and what a session!
the bryant family is BEAUTIFUL inside and out! momma works at our church and dad is an army soldier who just returned home from war. and little g is just about as cute as you can get! he is such a sweet little guy, though he didn't seem to be too interested in my jokes and songs ;).
in the nw you never know about the weather, but this last weekend was like SUMMER! it was so beautiful out and the sunlight was perfect. and even though we ran into a snake during the session (and i screamed like a little girl) everything turned out just right! so excited to have been able to capture this family before they head off to their next adventure! blessings bryants!

**garrett** {one year}
look at this little guy! first of all, he's as tough as nails- he proved it during the shoot by barely crying after a pretty rough fall. and he's just about as cute as you get. he's turning one and him, big bro, and mom & dad all headed out to take a few pictures together. last time we were together big brother brian didn't want anything to do with the camera... this time he was a rock star! aren't they such a beautiful family! and the one of them kissing with the boys on back is just about too much cuteness for me to handle! thanks for spending time with me guys!

**domeij** {family}
as i sit down to write this, i'm not sure where to begin...
you probably never met Sergeant First Class Kristoffer Domeij. most people will go on never knowing his name. he was a heroic, selfless man, husband, father, son, and brother... who paid the ultimate sacrifice for you and me.
on October 22, 2011, SFC Domeij, on his 14th tour of duty, was killed in action by a roadside bomb in the Kandahar Providence, Afghanistan. He was 29 years old. Two other soldiers were killed along side him. 1st LT Ashley White and PFC Christopher A. Horns.
Kris Domeij was a well decorated soldier. one of which my husband had the honor to serve with. his list of awards and medals are lengthy, but his greatest accomplishment is the ones he leaves behind. his stunning wife and two beautiful daughters.

when is the last time you thanked a soldier? when is the last time you really appreciated the freedom you have? when is the last time you thought about those who gave their all so you can rest peacefully tonight in bed?

"just remember this,
i'm in a better place...
where soldiers live in peace
and angels sing amazing grace.
so lay me down
in that open field outside the edge of town.
and know my soul
is where my momma always prayed that it would go.
if you're reading this,
i'm already home."
i'm already home- tim mcgraw

please pray for this country, for those who have volunteered to protect it, and the families they leave behind. this session was booked several months ago, before kris' passing. time is short, life is unpredictable. hold on to those you love.
